This is the eleventh time that the Enterprise brand has received the highest score (in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016).

The ARMS® Automotive System provides repair facilities with an efficient, time-saving means of updating Enterprise rental branches and insurance company partners about the status of vehicles under repair. Information can be requested and transmitted online through the Internet on a daily basis and then passed from Enterprise to insurance companies.
This system makes the required tracking of car repairs faster, easier, and less disruptive than systems that rely on continuous phone contacts between Enterprise, the body shop and insurance providers.
